  • We aim to ship the same day for orders made before 9am on business days. Orders after 9am ship the next business day.

    Some items may take up to 5 business days to arrive

    INTERSTATE DELIVERIES

    Most items will arrive within 4 business days
    Some items may take 6 business days to arrive

    In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer.

  • Yes, your items will all be shipped together as one parcel.

  • $15 flat rate for orders under $100
    Free delivery for orders over $100

    Deliveries can only be made within Australia. If you have a question about delivery outside of Australia please call our friendly customer service team on 1800 001 055.

  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

    We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

  • oceanlybeauty.com.au only ships within Australia. Oceanly is available for purchase for our international customers in Canada & the US at www.attitudeliving.com and in other countries with selected partners. 

Returns + Refunds

  • We accept returns on products that arrive damaged, faulty, or if you've received the wrong item. If this is the case, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about ingredients, skin compatibility, or product recommendations—we’re here to help.

  • Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product you received. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • Yes, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process claims made after this window.
